If you mean that you weigh 65 POUNDS:
THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS ISSUE! Do NOT listen to the posts that tell you things are fine. You are VERY SICK. Someone your height should weigh at least 50 pounds more than you do. You sound SEVERELY anorexic. Please contact a doctor ASAP - this is a life or death situation.
I would like to say that I don't mean to scare you, but at this point you need to be scared. Seek help!
If you mean that you weigh 65 KILOGRAMS (144 lbs):
Then yes, your weight is fine. A weight somewhere in the range of 120 - 150 pounds is where you should be for your height.
May God be with you - good luck!

That is not an okay weight. If you are 13 or older and with you height you are probably skinny but you should at least weight 100 pounds or more. You should stay fit but at the same time you should put on a few extra pounds. And you should eat meat.

You are really underweight. It isn't healthy. Eat more protein, and and carbs. Usually you shouldn't combine carbs and protein, but when you need to gain weight you should. Make sure you eat all your meals including breakfast. As a general rule you should weigh 100 pounds at 5'. Then add 5 pounds for every foot after. So at 5'7" you should weigh 135 about. I'm 5'6" and weigh 117. I should actually weigh closer to 130, but its close enough.

I think it's extremely unhealthy to way so little but since you exercise and and eat healthy i don't kno what to tell you, maybe eat junk-food it's a quick and easy way to gain a little weight just until you weigh a decent amount around 105-115, and then adjust your diet and exercise so that you have some fattening foods but still excercise you wont gain a lot of weight but you wont become unhealthy again.

You are underweight by a lot. Not even 100 is healthy for someone that is 5'3. 65 pounds is the weight of a grade 4.

Obviously I ain't a guy, but you need to gain some weight Guys don't like over weight girls or too skinny girls. As long as you don't look like an anorexic type of girl, you should be fine, but adding about 10-15 lbs probably wouldn't hurt you. Do you drink any soft drinks @ all?

I hope you mean 165 pounds, or 65 kg. If you weigh 65 pounds you need to be in a hospital, I'm afraid.

If you eat more meats, that will help you gain weight. But, depending on how your body is built, 65 pounds might be all your body can handle. Once you hit puberty head on, you'll start to thicken up a little.
