I'm looking for the dimensions of a bandana so that i can make my own.

The standard ones that you can buy from a store are generally 22 inches by 22 inches, or sometimes 22 x 23 inches (or about 56 cm by 56 cm). Some places sell a larger variety that is usually 27 in on each side. However, if you are making your own, feel perfectly free to use whatever size that you need. (I tend to prefer the larger size.)

It doesn't even have to be a square. A right triangle with equal-sized legs would be great as it would wear lighter than having to fold a square. You can also make oblong ones to use as headbands or chokers.

kids 18"x18" standard 22"x22" large 27"x27" Anywhere in the neighborhood is ok. get creative, especially with materials; they should fit the intended use and the climate.

depends, if you are making it for your self, just measure the circumferrence of your own head or whatever.
