i need to lose wieght! not a lot of wait just 5 to 10 puonds in two weeks, any ideas that doesn't envolove me going out and buying pills or stuff like that. im really exercising (playing b-ball) and im going on a small amounts of veggies hard boiled eggs whole wheat and stuff like that diet. Any suggestions will be MUCH appreciated

i just started going to the gym today. i'm going to do it for 1 month. u should too. i'm only 13, but i go w/ my mom. she thinks of it as a "bonding" i think of it as, just losing weight. lol. but now i feel bad..................

I've done the special K cereal diet and lost 8 pounds in two weeks. It is not hard you just have to get used to eating very little

Drink a lot of water because it will help wash out you stomach, and try not to eat much bread, or eggs.

Stick to vegitables. and water, and fruit.

Don't lose the weight. Just look in a mirror and tell yourself, "I like who I see." Then your problems is solved.

Drink lots of water

um, the gym would help you out, and jogs around the block help too
