take some advil or tylenol and ice it every 20 minutes for 10 minutes. keep it elevated. instead of using ice you can use a bag of frozen peas. they don't melt as bad as ice does and after the 10 minutes being on your ankle you can throw it back in the freezer and reuse it.

Keep it elevated and put smething cold(but not icy !!)in order to keep it cool.Avoid putting on it anything that makes it warm like creams because it will only become worse. Then visit a doctor who will make you have an X-ray to make sure that's not a fracture and then bandage your ankle.

Elevate your leg and put ice on it for 20 minutes, then put a hot towel for 20 minutes. Alternate these for a couple hours, then keep ice on it. Just keep it elevated and try to use your leg as little as possible.

Elevate your foot and keep an ice compress on it. Take some aleve/tylenol and try to stay off of it as much as you can. When you do have to walk, try to shift your weight to your other leg.
