someone told me to use a shimmer on my legs to make them shiny

Sorry...shimmer is somewhat like glitter only very fine particles...it reflects light but you don't see pieces of it on your skin. There are several shimmer lotions at the drugstore. Jergens Soft Shimmer is what I use.

go to Bath and body works they have shimmer lotions for like 10 bucks,if not then go to a drug store and look in the lotion isle and look for shimmer.

well macys has this funky brand... i dont know what its called... they have an all over body shimmer powder that is great!! it adds a glow to your body when youre wearing tanks and short shorts or skirts...
