i want to know because they are dry and they itch like crazy what is happening to me can you please help?

Maybe they are growing, or are dry. Put some Chocoa Butter on them to prevent stretch marks.

You may have hard water that is causing your skin to dry out. Use a moisturizer cream on your breast. I have always heard that when breast itch that means they are growing!

Are you alergic to you laundry detergent? You may not notice the breakout as much on the rest of your body, it may be that you only notice it on your chest because you undergarments rub the skin.

you probably have a rash from the type of bra you wear or you have really dry skin go to a doctor

It can be from the type of lotion and soap that youre using...try more natural and fragrance free lotions, etc..and change the type of material of bras youre wearing.
