The Johnson's Baby Oil gel does it. Not the regular baby oil...it has to be the gel. Trust me, it's cheap and it works.

1. Exfoliate
2. Shave, good razor; use shaving cream
3. That "super shiny" look is most likely from moisturizing with baby oil. That can look tacky sometimes - I will put on baby oil, then walk around in my terry cloth bathrobe or in pj pants to absorb excess.

Some people have naturally shiny and radiant skin. To make yours as shiny as it can be, shave or wax your legs and then put lots of lotion on them!

it can either be the shaving cream used while shaving that has moisturizer in it..which makes most legs look shiney or its lotion put on after you shave...your legs need to be at least shaved or waxed to get some shine

You can use a little baby oil. It also comes in a gel form now. You can also use a clear spray that is normally for making your hair shine and not frizzy. That seems to work well but not as good as baby oil.

I always use an exfoliater or exfoliating body wash and then before drying off from the shower put on a light body oil. They will shine like new diamonds.

Get a leg wax and then a nice thick lotion or creme (like cocoa butter) to moisturize your legs and they will look nice and smooth with a healthy glow.

generally, it IS because thy shave so often, since shaving takes off the top layer of skin along with the hair.

My exgirlfriend used a touch of baby oil. She knew it would get my attention and keep her legs soft....which got my attention too.
