I think so. He get's more lift and faster spin on 360's. I think he's tied for best with Carter and Richardson.

Kobe is an awesome dunker with a lot style I believe he is better than Carter and Richardson. But Lebron speaks for himself Mr ESPN is on all the top 10 highlights making posters on everybody. I would love to see Lebron and Kobe in the slam dunk contest.

JACKO you ignorant hillbilly!! kobe did win the slam dunk contest...but what did he do ??? a simple between the legs dunk that everyone in the nba can do...i've seen ricky davis and lebron do that in an actual game...all the other great dunkers also did very difficult variations on that dunk...and your boyfriend kobe had to gather himself from the 3pt line to make that dunk..talk about pathetic...anyway...everytime james dunks his head goes near the rim...and he does it with so much raw power...sure, he looks stiff sometimes.....but he's bulit like a tractor it just seems stiff sometimes....all bryant does nowadays is shoot jumpers and layups at a way less than 50 percent clip...

James is a power dunker while Kobe dunks with grace.. different players different styles.. Ive seen a lot of great players with great potential who came before James, but they did not last, falling to injuries and losing fire in their heart to win.. Kobe has been thru it all,thats why his career is not just focused on that slam-dunk title he won.. Hes got highlights that James and Wade would pale in comparison to Kobe..

James can only jump and dunk it.. Am i the only one who notices that he is a very stiff dunker? I mean, Vince can twist in the air and slam it with utmost power,Bryant is as graceful as a ballerina,T-mac can glide like clyde, but James man,Wade dunks better than him.. He just jumps and dunks the ball.. Look at all his dunks,different angles,different uniforms,different games but almost exact same form..

I agree with the Don guy. Kobe has alot of rythym when he dunks. LeBron elevates ,but is very predictable when he leaves his feet.

lebron, vc, and j-rich are the best dunkers out there and kobe dunks like a college kid... kobe joined the slam dunk contest years ago and he made a joke out of himself he didnt even make it to the final round, whereas vc and jrich have won it convincingly...
