What difference would it make? Even if there was a God and he created Adam and Eve, it makes no difference who came first, or what the fruit was. The writings in the Bible simply stated she was not to eat the fruit from the tree of life, not specifically all apple trees.
I hate to put down anyone, but it's really not a philosophical question. This should be in the religious category.
