best retail store at christmas? temporary.. month or two only!?

I'm thinking of opening a store this or next christmas just for the holidays. whats a good product line to sell? preferably, but not limited to low startup costs.

Try to stay away from any large merchandisers, such as Walmart or Target, etc.
Location is everything and I would suggest catering to children and giftables for men & women.

Adornment of Christmas,something likes decorate home,or u can conduct a larruping mega sales ,all ur product with regard to Christmas.....
