Not as long as they keep trying to fill their roster up with showoffs rather than ppl that can work as a team

Yeah, you know they'll win another one.
My guess is they'll win in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.
I'm positive they'll at least win more than 1 over the next 10 years. That's what George pays big money for!
I don't mean to say he "buys" rings, just that he spends on players that are the best at their positions.

They are now offically losers, and will not win in the 21st Century.
Even The Red Sox have won more world series than the yankees have this century.

so far ever since they beat the mets in the subway series '00 all the crappy teams in the league have been winning the series
e.g. diamondbacks, marlins, white sox, red sox, maybe the mets for god sake i hope not. chances are the yankees are gonna switch spots with the red sox on the food chains and become underdogs themselves. if thats the case, then god only knows when they'll win again.

I don't think so. With Detroit, Chicago, and Boston in the American League, the Yankees will be lucky to make the playoffs. They won't for sure this year, and the future looks dim as well as the team is getting older and older.
Have to call them as I see them.

My goodness...10 years...of course...I believe they'll win at least one before 2010...if not two...they are such a good ball club not to win at least one in 10 years...I believe they'll win in 2007 & 2009 & maybe 2010...I would love to see that...but only time will tell.

They will win in the next ten years yes but i highly dount that they will win this year. They stink they have no pitching and everybody is getting hurt. Unless they get new and better ptiching they are doomed.

No, they'll probably have a decline as players like Jeter, Rivera, A-Rod, Giambi, Posada, Johnson, Mussina, Damon, etc... get older
