The reason you don't have a girlfriend now, is because, you have been listening to the wrong people. People who tell you, "Don't look for one, she will find you," and "Good things come to those who wait," they are all liars. Nothing happens for no reason. If you want a girlfriend, you should get off your lazy butt, and get yourself cleaned up and groomed, and start hitting the local clubs, libraries, and grocery stores. The sexiest women are the girlfriends of guys who hang out at your local barber shops.
