I spilled nail polish on my sheets and I got the nail polish out, but how do I get rid of the water ring I have from spot washing?

After a few washings this should fade away. I wouldn't toss the sheets, no one is going to notice anyway.

Try taking a hair dryer to it. If that doesn't work, toss it in the washing machine and hope for the best. You might be able to get away with turning the sheets inside out.

Otherwise, get new sheets or live with the spot

Try oxyclean. Soak the sheets AT LEAST overnight in it, and see what happens. . . if it doesn't work, toss the sheets and never think about them again.

If you didn't dry your sheet yet, you should be ok, Just wash it again. If you already dried it, then try oxyclean, or something like that. then re wash.
