Yes, Apple offers a version of iTunes for Windows at http://www.apple.com/iTunes for free as well as iPod updater software for PC etc. All you have to do is connect the iPod to the USB 2.0 port of the PC, install the correct software (usually provided on a cd or available from apple.com) Put the music in the Playlist and Sync it up!

Yes, install iTunes on the computer, put your music in iTunes, I think you have to install iPod (don't remember for sure it has been a while), then plug iPod in and botabing-botaboom----> Music on the iPod

yes...they have itunes for computers that operate w/ microsoft windows xp. all you have to do is install the software and then transfer the songs to itunes.

you sure can! install itunes www.itunes.com or if you just recently bought your ipod, it will come with a cd to install itunes. once you've installed it, go into the program and put add songs to library. drag in songs that are already on your computer and add them to your ipod. also, you can burn cd's into your library and put them onto your ipod as well. itunes is super user friendly and SO easy to use.
