my divorced was final in november and im still getting billed for services renderd every month.

Most states have a Bar or Legal Association who can help you determine whether or not what your attorney is doing is legal and/or ethical. Try your States (assuming you're in the US) governemtn website for links.

A relative of mine works for the State Bar of California. This is the agency that "sues" lawyers and can have them disbarred. You can file a complaint about a lawyer and or find out if they have other complaints against them. I dont know what state you live in, but the website for the California State Bar is:

www.calbar.org

You should be able to look up your state by going to Yahoo and typing State Bar of XXXX (your state)

The bar association for you state but was the lawyer going to take care of connecting bills, why don't you call your lawyer first and found out he he was handling that

How about writing to your states Bar Association to report him/her? That would be a good place to start!!
