Only for landlords. It's incredibly hard to get tenants evicted in most states, even if the tenant is breaching his most basic duty: the duty to pay rent.

Not in my county in SC, if you do not pay and have been served papers (magistrate judge, $40.00, show up with rental agreemant) you post a notice on the door, take picture and if they are not out in 10 days a sheriff will come out and watch them haul their junk out into the street and tell them if they reenter the residence it is criminal trespass and they will go to jail.
