I think this one is great. It's not flawless, but it's fascinating, and can be a lot of fun.

You can choose a number of different male and female voices, and a number of accents, including American, UK, Indian, French, and others. You're also given the choice of hearing it or downloading it. On my computer, the speech plays in QuickTime.
