A few months ago my husbands college girlfriend contacted him on myspace. This is a girl he lived with for a year and was in love with. They only split up because she went to another college. They wrote back and forth a few times before he told me about it. His excuse was he was not sure what she was going to say and he did not want me to get mad if she still wanted them to be together. I was a bit upset but allowed it to happen and said that he needed to remain honest with me about her intentions. They have been writing for a few months now. Then last week he was contacted by his highschool sweetheart. Yet another girl he spent time with and said I love you to. He found out she has had a few kids and is now divorced, but he did not tell me. I heard him telling his mother about things that were going on in her life. His mother still has a picture of the two of them hanging on her wall and really like that girl., but doesnt really care for me. He says I have no right to be upset. DO I?

YES, though right now in my marriage I feel husbands should not speak to a female unless it is work related!!!!

But tell him you do not wish that he speaks with her, and if he does after that he has made his choice. Hope it works better for you than it did me!!!!

you have the right to be upset that he didnt tell you.
I wouldnt be too worried that he is in contact with them. As long as he is only writing to them occasionally.
If they are speaking on the phone or emailing more than once a week, than definetly be worried.
I speak to some of my ex's occasionally and dont really tell my boyfriend. because he would get weird about it, I dont care about my ex's anymore and dont want them back, But I keep in contact with people.
If he meets up with them for a drink, than That is a bad sign,But a bit of harmless emailing to catch up is ok.

Hell, no, you have no right to be upset. What you should do it find out what he likes about his ex's, and you should do just that. They gave him something he needed, and you should do likewise. So stop being a baby, and ask him if you can go out on a date with him and all his ex's.

He made YOU his wife and them his ex girlfriends. They wouldnt have broken up if he was going to marry them right? But I do agree that he should be honest about his conversations about them. As for your husbands mother? It doesnt matter who she likes she isnt the one who married you. Have more trust in him.

i imagine his courting inclusive of his ex-lady friend has each and every thing to do with both of you not getting alongside those days. do you may want to be worried? certain! do you may want to confront your husband about his flirtatious courting inclusive of his ex-lady friend. easily! What your husband is doing is incorrect. you want to set him immediately that till he needs a divorce, he extra acceptable end his courting with this female.

Damn right you have the right to be angry! How would he feel if you started connecting again with all your past ex's?.....He needs to end it if he loves you.
