More than likely some act occurred and who can know what for could be anything associated with underwear that was a turn on and it became a fetish-perhaps tjhe scent or it could be the feel or a combination of both that is a sexual turn on for the individual-no harm in it.

Your question has nothing to do with physcology, and the correct way to ask this question would be...'why do some people have a fetish with underwear' ...There is no plural for the word 'underwear'. Time for you to go back to school and learn how to speak english!!

I have no idea. People have different tastes. I suppose it's for about the same reason some people like peas and some don't--just a preference.
