The only things that absolutely don't work with ballet flats are wide-legged pants or pants that are too long (they shouldn't touch the ground). Depending on your body type, wearing them with capris or a skirt may make you look shorter...if you're tall or lean and long-legged you can probably get away with this.

I used to wear them around the house, and heck, my sister wears her point shoes when she's reading, so yea, it works.
But try not to wear the soles down too much, you will slip and fall in class.

yah you can. they arel ike the perfect shoe, they can be casual, yet you can dress them up wit the righy clothes.

most definately, just make sure if you are wearing them with nicer clothes that they are clean and not tattered.
