1. Go out and meet people who share the same interests. For instance if you like board games then check with a game shop, they may have tournaments you can sign up for. Some people will say church, too.

2. Seeing inner beauty isn't easy unless you know someone for some time. When you make friends with the opposite sex, you should be able to tell which ones are thoughtful and caring by their social behavior.

3. Anger is a bad habit. I have to deal with those demons, too. In my case I break stuff, 99% of the time no one is around. Leave the scene of anger and cool off. If someone makes you angry, distance yourself from them. It takes some self discipline.

4. I've never had a really close relative pass away, but this one will take time. The best I can say is get involved in other things and don't get yourself alone for long periods of time to dwell on it.

1. introduce yourself to someone new and find what you two have in common
2. get to know a person for who they really are, not just what you see. go by the saying "looks can be decieving" the most beautiful person in the world could have the worst attitude towards you. so just get to know them.
3. talk it out with someone you trust and find the cause of ur anger
4. ooo...toughy...i say surround yourself with people you love and who love you as well. being with them will keep you happy and even though you have that pain it will be easier to share and get over it with others than just by yourself

If you don't go to it already, try going to church. Most of these problems can be solved by finding someone you can confide in and a church is a very good place to start looking for someone like that.
PS. I'm Catholic and I would not recommend that type of church unless they have some kind of youth group. (Depending on how old you are.)

I would recommend some regular yoga classes to help you with all of these things!
