probably foods with B vitamins... are you getting some iron in your diet??... if your sensitive to carbs, stay away from sugar, eat complex carbs... experiment, see what works....for me, chicken & chkn livers occasionally, gives a boost (which makes it hard to be vegetarian).
Blue-green algae (CellTech). Probably, Kale or another dark green; Oh, yeah, cherries, grapefruit, chocolate (dark, 70-100%) that you can get in health food stores....Bon Appetit !

Eating fresh apples is supposed to be the best thing to fight lethargy! They are better for you than caffeine, and studies show that they are more effective. So, when you are tired, grab an apple instead of a cup of joe. Your body will thank you for it.

Any of the natural whole foods organic if possible.. extra protein has also been known to fix it. Good clean lean porteins, dark leafy greens, nice fruit.
but even with a good diet, if one still feels lethargic then a medical test must be done to rule out Thyroid disease etc.

energy foods are green leafy veges and lean meat ,fruit and or fruit juice .on a regular basis. if you skip meals and eat rubbish and or take away for a long period you will lose energy and muscle tone. eat sensibly, take vitamin pills until your body has recovered from misuse and exercise daily
