Him or his father.
Either way, George W. Bush is just finishing up what his father had started. I think Jr. is just playing the old bully card. I support having troops in the east and I think it's crucial to obtain stability there. However these things must be done democraticly and not at a whim. Let's just hope Japan doesn't make the same mistake in North Korea. As far as Clinton being impeached goes, adultry is a sin but last I checked it wasn't illegal. Sure it made him a bad role model in some ways but that's a 'home' affair not a public affair. The man is human after all, he didn't kill anyone.

In modern times, Jimmy Carter was by far the worst. Inflation rose from 5% to almost 20%, he gave away the Panama Canal, and was completely ineffective in dealing with the Iranian Hostage Crisis, which lasted 444 days.
When the energy crisis hit, Carter's advice was to "Wear a sweater."

No, not yet anyway. FDR I believe holds that honor. After all, "THE MAN" keeping everyone down was FDR himself. He singlehandedly set back Blacks rights by removing the benefits of the sharecroppers, mostly Black, and left them with nothing. He has had the most significant impact on American living with that and his involvement in the 1929 market crash that was orchestrated by England. George W-yah is trying for a title shot though.

it's amazing that people think the president has any power either. all politicians bend to the pressure of political pressure to do not offend anyone for the vote. so the answer is no, but we will be having this same conversation in about 3 years when the next president (he/she) may be, is in office. it's the nature of the beast
