Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy VIII, Xenogears, Final Fantasy Tactics, Wild ARMS, Breath of Fire III, Tales of Destiny (if you can find it), Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (Not technically an RPG, but it's still an awesome game.)
PC
The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, and The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

FFX is the greatest RPG ever. I highly recommend it!
