Personality first. Beyond that I look for someone with an education who is intelligent and can hold a conversation. Obviously, along with an education comes a good, profitable profession. I also look for an even temperment and how a man treats others around him. I don't like arrogant people who treat people they perceive as lesser than them in a disrespectful manner. I like a man who treats everyone with compassion and respect regardless of social status, age, race, gender, religion or sexual orientation. I also like a man who is not a loud mouth. I prefer my men to be soft-spoken. I am not into drama and public scenes.
