If your browser has been downloading all of your email messages to your computer.. you might be able to recover some of them after deletion.. but with an online service like Yahoo the space freed up by deleted files is soon overwritten by other files... it is very doubtful that you would be able to get anything from them without significant cost.

An e-mail is a transcript of an e-mail conversation. That's like asking for a transcript of a book.

I know what to do.
Just turn on the feature that says "Save sent messages".
Mail Options>General preferences>Check mark the option "Save your sent messages in the Sent Items folder" under Special Folders in Inbox/Folders.
