I use it to bug someone..."what-ev-ahhhhh!"....but not in everyday speech. It's rude in most instances.

The infamous "N" word? The dreaded "C" word? The F-BOMB?! On occasion, but there are only very specific contexts and audiences for that.
I love the language and all of the naughty words in it, but I do what I can to avoid making anyone uncomfortable. Unless it's the funny kind of uncomfortable, which again, hinges on knowing your audience.
