First talk to a counselor, or the police, one thing you should know is that if your lying then you could still end up putting your father in jail with a record that will haunt him forever, and it will be your word against his if it has been a while. Any proof like bruises or or other evidence is gone. This is something not to take lightly in any way but your safety is in danger.

If this is for real you need to speak to a police officer. If you are not comfortable with this then a church clergyman,someone from school - a teacher,a guidance counselor, the nurse,or you could speak with your doctor. Speak to someone, Do not hold it in!!! This is crucial. If he is doing this he has a problem and needs help. If you keep quiet he will probably commit this again, if not with you, then with someone else - if he hasn't already. How will you feel if he does and you could have stopped it?

Sweetheart, you need to do something immediately First,report this to the proper authorities so this cannot happen to you or anyone else ever again. Secondly, you need to get some good counseling to help you get over this so it will not haunt you the rest of your life, and that WILL help you. !!!!
Just always remember, this is not your fault, but the fault of some sick person.

Turn him in to the police ASAP, for your own protection. People who beat and rape women need to be locked away from society

boil u some hot grit in a pot alot of them tell him u going to cook breakfast when he get nice and relaxed and the grits are boiling trow it on him and have u a pan or skillet just start beating him with it and RUN to some one house and call the police
