I like thongs and I don't think it's slutty as long as you wear something over it.

Adults have made up their minds about what is acceptable and unacceptable to them. They have preconceived notions that no one can change. They don't take to new things very well. They lack open-mindedness.

They are no worse or better than going commando - it's all a personal choice. What does look slutty is seeing the top of the thong above the waistband of the pants. Why not just put a sign on screaming look at my butt, I wear a thong!.

I think as long as a Young girl wears them and acts like a lady. then what the heck. I'm an older lady. I personally don't care for them for myself, but I sure think it's fine for a young pretty girl to wear something nice that makes her feel pretty. Maybe some of those old ladies are jealous. I have a 21 year old daughter and she wears thongs and I think she looks great!

I'm 27 (I don't know if you think that's an older adult or not...I guess I don't) and I don't like them. I think if you're comfortable wearing them, then you don't need anyone's approval. I think when people say they're slutty, they're talking more about when people have them hanging out as if it were fashionable or something. If you wear them on the inside, then no one knows you're wearing a thong.

Because when women started wearing thongs, it was the sluts that wore them. They were designed to show everything without showing everything.
If a woman wanted to instantly make her man hot, she wore a thong. It leaves very little to the imagination, but just enough to make you hot. It shows most of what you have, and advertises that the rest is there.

Yeah, my mom wouldn't let me wear thongs until I was 16! I guess it's because older people are used to the granny panties that go up to your chest.

not all older people think that thongs are slutty it really just depends on the person...some people actually wear them to make themselves look slutty...for example my grandmaw wears them and shes not considered a slut. she just wears them cuz their comfortable to her.

Oh, most older people just like all the extra fabric up their butts when their underwear start riding up. They don't understand that with thongs its just one little strip up there that you may or may not feel.

I don't think all older adults think they are slutty, just some of them do. I love thongs, and no one is going to change that no matter what they think of it. I am not going to lower my comfort level to please anybody!
