10 minute break after 4 hours. a 30 minute unpaid break after 6 hours. minors have different laws for them, though.

I am PA born and raised too. It's 15 minutes for every 4 hours. Anything over 5 hours requires a 30 minute unpaid, lunch break.

For every 4 hours worked you get a 15 minute break. For evey 8 hours you get a 30 minute break.

They are federally imposed after 6 hours of work you eligible for a 15 min break. Check with your department of labor
