1. Check with a dermatologist (Skin Doc.) to make sure everything is all good.

So far as I know the lips do not respond to light the way normal skin does so "lightening creams" won't work on them.

But I know that they can tattoo lips. Some women get permanent "Lip liner" or a natural colored tattoo to even it out if one half is more plump than the other.

So in theory you could maybe get a lighter skin tone tattooed on your lips? If it is that big a deal to you. Otherwise you know, just love yourself. You probably just have a smile that really stands out is all. Make it your best feature...

when you brush your teeth, brush also your lips, very gently with the toothbrush.....it makes blood circulation works well and your lips will looks healtier.

do you smoke weed? if so you need to smoking ......you may want to contact a dermatologist so they can give you some tips
