In many masters and PhD programs throughout the country, it is not unusual for the departments to keep copies of old tests and make them available to students so they can learn what issues or focus of materials are common in courses and comprehensives. So, first, you might try contacting the specific department. Additionally, sororities and fraternities are famous for keeping copies of tests that their members have taken over time... same reason. Old tests do not mean that new tests aren't created.
