Hi I am looking for cheap flights and I am wondering what is the cheapest airline to get to SFO, SJC, OAK from Kansas City MCI.

I lived in Oakland for two years because I attended school in the Bay Area. I traveled back and forth between L.A. a few times.
Southwest used to be inexpensive but their rates are much higher than Jet Blue. Jet Blue is my top choice now.

Try jetBlue or Southwest. Both got into Oakland, but Oakland's pretty close to SF.
After looking at kayak.com, they said the cheapest airline (I picked random days, rates aren't guarnteed) was America West, flying into SF

I like Oakland for ease of transportation and better rates than SFO. I live in SF so I don't use SJC as it's too far away.
