None, selfish hey?
Actually I've hit Edit because I'm rethinking this selfish answer. Thanks your question has made me realize that I need to sign a donor card.

I would love to say I would donate them all but unfortunately I cannot because I myself need an organ transplant, kidney to be exact. Due to this none of my organs are viable for donation. Nor can I donate blood due to my condition.

Any and all, and also skin (which technically is an organ--the largest organ in the human body), bones, and anything else that could be useful. Just put the leftovers out for the animals--graves are a waste of space.

I am too old for my organs to be used for transplantation. That age is 40 years old in most places.
Therefore I will bequeath my toenails to medical science. Why you ask. (please ask). Because I have had a harmless fungal infection in the nail bed of several toes for decades. The condition is not very contageous. But the bug (Trychophyton mentagrophytes, for the scientifically rigorous, Yahooites),
is resistant to all known drugs. Perhaps those toenails can help them find helpful in the heroic struggle against a disfiguring disease that afflicts millions.

I am donating all of my organs as well as my skin. I am then being cremated. I hope it all goes to a good place, and I know my skin will help pediatric burn victims for at least a few days.

When I die, they can have whatever they need. Even my heart. Love doesn't just live in your heart. That's why you die. To learn that love lives within yourself as well. My soul will have left my body, so they can do whatever they want with that. I've lived that up. Let someone live off of me. I won't matter.

All of them after I die.
If I know someone, I would gladly give them any organ, vital or not, if they are dying. Even if I am still alive.
