did you know that you can get books from any library in the world?

★★ GET FREE OR CHEAP BOOKS ★★

◙ Many libraries world wide have books related to the internet, web and computers in general. They also have CDs and DVDs. Go to your local public library and get the username and password for http://www.firstsearch.org/ You can look up the book yourself but they will have to order it for you. Sometimes this can take awhile if the book is checked out by someone else. After reading the books and making copies of certain pages with a photo copier simply return it to them.

◙ By using firstsearch you can search for any book in the world. Some libraries might charge a small fee but most are free. Every web design book I have read was acquired in this fashion. :)

you can find some free ebooks but unfortunately books are among other media types that have fallen into the circle of corporate greed...they not only want to charge u for reading it, they want to charge u each and every time u read it. fast gone are the days when i could lend u a book...eventually the idea of lending and free information will be gone forever...

you can search through project gutenberg
none of the books there are new but they do have some
of the best of the oldies. included some works by the worlds best poets. you do have to know how to search using key words
if you don't have a title or author in mind.

the publishers Baen books also offers some of their best fiction online.

You can get access to the bible online. Also you can get access to a Catechism and the gnostic gospels if those interest you.
