Either Devin Harris, Tony Parker, or Leandro Barbosa. How the hell does someone say KG is the fastest guy in the nba? retard....

And below my answer, Jonah is right. You don't need to be a superstar to be the quickest.

Dee Brown drafted this year from Univ. of Illinois (Fighting Illini). He was drafted by the Utah Jazz. He played 2 years ago in the National Championship Game which they lost to North Carolina. The other guard on that team (Deron Williams) was drafted last year, also by Utah, and he had an excellent rookie year in the NBA. Hopefully, Dee Brown will make the team. Anyway, if you get to see this roadrunner (beep! beep!) on a fast break in the NBA you will see what I mean.

Devin Harris or Tony Parker are hands down the quickest 2 guys in the NBA. Just because they're not superstars doesn't mean they're not the quickest.
