okaaaay... the reason your overweight is because you dont exercise... you dont exercise because you dont have energy and you dont have energy because you are eating the wrong foods... Your body is hungry because it needs fuel, energy. but it needs good fuel to keep it running well instead of junk that it cant function on. Think of it like this.. we want our cars to run well so we stay away from the cheap not as filtered crappy gas right? they dont last as long when bad stuff is put into them. its just like our bodies.....

okay sooo on average people burn about 2,000 calories a day but i went to a site and found your daily calorie expenditure and its 2100 thats without any exercise

okay... get motivated! you are going to lose weight and you are going to feel amazing! whatever goes into your mouth write it down! keep a journal! make a goal-- if you eat 500 calories less than what you burn already than in 7 days you will lose one pound scince one pound is 3500 calories. but say you do some exercise and end up burning an extra 200 calories then along with your 500 cal you will be loosing 700 cal per day and at that rate in 5 days you will lose one pound.

in your calorie journal if you dont know sayyyy how many calories are in an apple you ate go to www.annecollins.com you can find other inspiration there too

eat plenty of whole grains and vegetables and lean meats like turkey and chicken. when you feel a need to much something keep some whole grain quaker rice cakes around and celery (negative calories) and watermelon ( also negative calories).

start this plan only when you are ready! it also helps to have someone to talk to about the struggles etc. so email me. i want to hear about your ups and downs and your sucess!

once you ready this email me so i know....

best of luck!!

Wanting to lose weight and actually taking the steps to lose weight are two different things. I would recommend getting a membership at Curves it is a woman-friendly gym where you can share what works and what doesn't with the other members. They also advise you nutritionally on how to eat right and where you should be at weight wise. Curves is only 29.99 a mo so it's pretty decent compared to other gyms. Good Luck!

You guys don't need to be so mean! I would suggest brushing your teeth after you est a meal, and use strong mouthwash. This will discourage snacking... and maybe take a walk every night, and if you have any pets, bring them along... unless it's a goldfish!
