Sleepy Hollow with Johnny Depp and Frightners with Michael J. Fox were pretty owesome and won't get anybody in trouble with ratings. If looking for something a little more scary, make a compromise. Ask the adult to look on the back of the box and see why it is rated "R". Sometime it is only rated r for violence and nothing else, other times its swearing. Definately check out those guide lines.

Honestly there probably isn't much thats good out there that isn't rated R. You might want to go the comedy route instead. Unless you can convince your parents to give in just this once. Otherwise throw the party at someone elses house whose parents are less strict and watch all the good R movies you've been missing out on.

Get some of those old Hammer Films Dracula movies...get some Bela Lugosi too...if nothing else it's good for a laugh....I'm sorry your parents are such jerks or I'd have suggested you get Pitch Black and The Chronicles of Riddick.

The Grudge and The Ring are both PG13, but I'm sure you've seen them already (if you haven't, then .....) The Exorcism of Emily Rose was okay. I'm thinking for teenagers, sorry, I was watching the worst of the worst when I was a kid (had a brother 6 years older, so ....) Good luck
