To me it's when ever you both are ready to commit to it... But I would think for both (men and women) around the age of their late 20's and early 30's... Only because that's when people start to settle down, and begin a family... But if anything, it's when ever you both are ready... I don't think that theirs a specific age for two people to get married...

emotionally stable
spiritually focused
psychologically grounded
financially strong
can communicate concisely
are able to be extremely flexible in your wants and desires
have found your best friend ever
and are totally 100% unequivocally convinced that you can spend the rest of your life with one person without straying
have the utmost respect and unwavering confidence in that person
then. . . .
you might think about getting married
You will notice sex has nothing to do with the decision because the only gift you can give your partner and the only gift they can give you that no one else can is your virginity (see respect and confidence above)
Age also has nothing to do with marriage if you meet the all of the above criteria.

35-40.by that time youve both been through the ringer with every deadbeat,lying,cheating,substance abusing piece of trash and at last you know what you really want and need for your own happiness.you know what you wont put up with.girls are over the bad boy cravings and just want a good guy...guys are over being dragged through the child support courts by some vindictive peice of trash,been cheated on ect...by then all the bad boy is out of him and he just wants a nice girl to spen his life with.

anytime after the legal age to get married, if you know its meant to be you just know its meant to be so why not, love does not come with age.

It depends...at whatever age you are able to support yourself and someone else...probably in your 20's though...
