Even though I would have picked a different place for this question, the best thing to do is let him know your concerns and that you feel that he speaks about his past relationships too much. Don't blame, just tell him how those actions make you feel like 'I feel hurt when...' or I feel disrespected...' If you try to do it in that manner and he truly cares for you, the behavior should stop and there shouldn't be hurt feelings. Hopefully that will get him to notice that he does talk about them a lot and that in his doing so, it hurts your feelings. Go from there...

He probably doesn't love you. That's harsh. More accurately he is probably still maturing and hasn't realized that discussing ex-relationships in such a context probably isn't the most healthy for a current relationship. But in all honesty, if I knew your ages, I could probably offer a more precise answer. Nonetheless, if you are offended by his actions, you should speak with him about them. Whether he loves you or not, if he respects you, then he will listen (and hopefully) abide by your request to ease up on discussing his ex-girls.
