How much time do you have? If it's only 5 pounds you can lose the water weight. Stop salt because it holds water in you, causing water weight and drink lots of water. :) Eat fruit

Go on the carb diet. Eat eggs for breakfast, some kind of meat and vegtables for lunch, and a salad for dinner. You can also eat a yogurt for dinner or just don't eat after 6 o'clock. You also need to drink plenty of water and exercise. I did this once and lost 9 lbs in a week.

Well first, Drink alot of water, atleast 8 glasses a day, stay away from sweets, caffine, fat, and deffinetly Trans fat.
Work out, do Push ups, Sit Ups, Lunges, Walk or run an hour a day (Walk one day, jog the next). Get active in sports or help out around your city.
Eat alot of fruits and vegetables, atleast 8 servings(together).
Drink alot of water.!

Cut salt out for one.CUT sodas out they only make you bloat. NO sugars no Candy bars.salads vinegar and table spoon of olive oil or veg oil, Lean proteins. No fried foods.Hold the breads 4 a day or 2. That's should help u 1 piece of fruit, a day.8 glasses of water a day too. good luck.

Actually... do cardio and some basic strength training exercises like push ups and sit ups. Just for a couple days, go to a sauna/steam room and sweat like crazy.

get an 8 ounce glass of water and put 4 heaping tablespoons of Epsom salts in it and drink it..... you will lose 5 pounds just stay close to a bathroom

Veggies,Fruits.smaller portions, and excersises such as super man (lay on ur tummy on a flat surface then get arms,head,legs, stomach, and butt) Curl ups, Squats, Tae bo, squat as low as you can go then jump as high as you can with your arms reaching towards the sky. (great 4 a bikini butt)
