Any cute vintage boutiques---they have stuff that no one else will be wearing! Also that style is really hott right now! You can find a ton of cute, cheap clothes and accesories.
Also, Urban Outfitters is a really cute urban style store. I always want everything in the store, but it is a little on the expensive side...

I really don't like to shop! Only if I have to!! If I had to choose a place it would be the "Dollar Tree" where everything is $1.00....
