If I'm cut on my skin, and it heals itself, is that physical memory? When I make a mistake and learn from it, is that Mental memory? And that inner voice that tells me right from wrong, is that spiritual memory?

physical memory is when you forget to relax that arm the you fell on and hurt when you were little. Your mental mind pays no attention to when you hurt your arm. But your body just wont use your arm the same way.
mental memory: yup.
I think of spiritual memory as the one that tells you you've seen something before.. but your not so sure when, its not on TV why does this thing thats supposed ot be forgein feel so friggin comfortable?!!?
Then theres emotional memory.
which can hide in your body, like when a smell or a touch triggers a memory that you'd wished you could have forgotten forever....

I do! I can't remember ever heard it stated that way, but i completely agree, it's makes complete sense. And they're intertwined with each other. Fear of needles=physical+mental, etc. :D
