Accidents Will Happen - Part 1. From Season 3.
There's a big gymnastics meet at Degrassi, and Manny is positive to win the gold! But when she starts to feel sick, she fears that her stomach ache might be more than the flu or even a case of bad nerves. And she's suddenly not sure she and Craig used protection when they had sex. Struggling to know what to do, she turned to Spike (Emma's mother), the one person she know experienced what she think shes about to go through. When Manny's worst fears are realized, she finds support from Spike, Emma and even Craig, who takes the news surprisingly well.
The N channel doesn't air this and a few other episodes.
