I am too nice and not agressive enough when it comes to getting what I want.

There are two big weaknesses I see, pretty consistently, during the interview process.

First is the appearance of the person being interviewed (very important). If someone is not willing to put the time and energy into preparing for that (coming dressed in a fashion other than that which is normal attire in the industry) is a direct reflection on their willingness to be prepared when hired.

Second is the ability to simply answer "why" the person wants to work with the company and in the industry. "I just need the job" is not the right or a sufficient answer!

Make sure you say your weakness is a relatively benign trait that does not directly have anything to do with the job you are applying for. If you are applying for an administrative job where attention to detail and punctuality is important, you may want to say your weakness is trying too hard to make an impression ... show it too. Go to the interview properly dressed, all details in place and nothing amiss ... not even as much as a cat hair on your jacket. Show up 10 minutes early, introduce yourself to whoever is at the office to greet you and sit quietly and wait until you are called in for your interview. While you are waiting, if there is a receptionist or other employee in the front office with you it is likely you are being observed, so look proper, do not exhibit nervous habits (such as biting nails, pulling your hair or picking at your teeth) and if you must do anything, read a book or magazine that you bring with you that is in good taste (not Playbody or anything like that). Many times, receptionists are asked about how somebody came into the office and what their conduct was like while waiting ... show that respect.

I haven't been in an interview yet, but I think my weakness would be not getting to the point quick enough, not paraphrasing.
I tend to go into a lot of detail even if you don't need it.
I'd also be scared I'd hear the questions wrong and answer the way that I believe to be correct based on the way I heard the question portrayed. I would look like such a moron.
I believe those to be my weaknesses.

Your strengths should be obvious strengths, and your weakensses should also be disguised strengths.

Example:

I'm working on being a little less detail oriented, but producing accurate work is important to me. Sometimes I spend too long trying to find minor errors, and I am learning to let things go.

Whatever your weakness is, you definitely want to talk about what you are doing to improve, rather than just accepting it as your weakness (and laughing about it). In fact, if you are trying to identify what you want to say is your weakness, think of the one thing in your life that you are focused on improving, and then figure out a way to talk about how that improvement will strengthen your weak area.

Whatever you select, this question gives you the opportunity to show yourself as a motivated person that is committed to achievement and self-improvement, which translates into valuable skills for the company.

Best of luck in your interview.

Me personally, none. (well, maybe arrogance?!? lol)

In interviews I have done as the interviewer (and I have done quite a few) I would say one of the biggest mistakes people make is not having sufficient knowledge of the position and/or company they are applying for. It looks really bad when some one is applying for a company they know little about.

One that I think is pretty good is "lack of experience in" .... and then something about the job. If its an industry that's new to you, there's a whole set of jargon and business practices. If you'll be working on software that's new to you, its got its own set of intracacies.

If you pick some other weakness, be sure to mention how you try to overcome it as well.

Good luck.

What should be the easiest part of the interview "Tell me about yourself." It should be easy but I never know exactly what to say about myself.

If I'm not real into the job opportunity, I have a hard time paying attention.

Also, I'm fat, and I think I have missed out on opportunities because of that.
