The writers of the marvel universe (spiderman) will admittedly tell you that the only character to rival superman is the incredible hulk. Superman is impenatrable. Because of the density of his molecular structure, there is nothing within our solar system that can cut his flesh. True, superman was killed once by the DC character- Doomsday, but it was later discovered that Doomsday also hailed from on or near krypton. They were nearly identically matched in strength and resilience. But even then, superman was ressurected. Just think about it like this- in the comic books and in the movies, superman can take a bullet TO THE EYEBALL. Can spiderman or batman do that? Batman has No superpowers whatsoever. Spiderman does, but he's not nearly as strong. And what good would web swinging and walking on walls be if your enemy could fly? what good would a spider sense be when your enemy could travel close to the speed of light? I think the best match would be doomsday and the incredible hulk.

Actually, in the new revamped Superman series from the early 1990's,(Written and drawn by John Byrne.) Superman attempted to take down Batman and tried to arrest him... Batman won. Very cleverly done.

It would definitely have to be Superman! Even if Batman were to attempt to use kryptonite ,Superman, who moves faster than the speed of light (eg; Superman 1), would see him going for it and blast it with his heat-ray vision. Then Bats and Spider-Man are just lambs to the slaughter. Neither are strong or fast enough to contend with the man of steel.

Batman would either find a way, or he would force Peter Parker to become as dark as Batman is just in order to survive. Superman would lose simply because he has no imagination compared to Bruce or Peter.

Superman of direction, he does all of it on my own. He would not have some sissified boy working around with him and a few previous guy saving him and that ridiculous vehicle to brake each and every of the site visitors regulations Plus he humps Lois Lain on the component (that's my popular area) i'm nonetheless finding for my Lois Lane.i would be her superman.

Spiderman because he has sixth sense, and can hone in when danger is around, is ten times stronger than regular men, can climb walls even without shooting web shots.
Superman would die if he was near kriptonite!
Batman is just a well trained human, and would eventually run out of gadgets.
