Because there is no god. God is a mental crutch for the weak who feel the need to surrender their will to something and as an imposer of dire consequences if their ideas aren't followed...or given at least lip service.

Because man has free will from god. That put them above his angels. And god gave Satan the power over the earth.
There is a belief that god is all knowing without being all power full. People who do bad things may suffer mental illness that causes them to not feel for what they do psychotic disorders or borderline personality disorder can cause this. And for the people who say there is no god. Where is the proof he does not exist Einstein, Newton, Twain, Pascal not mention many more brilliant minds believed in god. Nor does the fact one believes in god makes him exist for that fact. Try to explain subtraction to your dog that is kinda like humans trying to understand the universe

Are you sure that God doesn't like it. The Ten Commandments are pretty narrow but government and organized religions like to invent lots of other rules for people to break so that they can control them.
