Kaiser doesn’t seem to be in Florida, based on their Web site. They’re also not included on a list of HMOs in Florida (link below). I’ve also included a link to the 2005 Florida HMO Report Card. There seems to be a lot of choices for you. If you need help from FL-licensed insurance agents or need free instant quotes on Florida health plans, try out MostChoice.com. Tell them what you liked about your old plan and let them present insurance policies to you until you find one that you like.

There are Kaiser health plans here in California. You can go to kaiserpermanente.org to get more information and find an agent in California.

We have Kaiser over here.
Depending if it is Norther CA or Southern CA, I would check with them to see if you can come over fully.

you will have to check with the plans, insurance and you dont want to move to florida if you do buy flood insurance too.
