I actually live in India, and i have 17 $ to be exact in my Paypal Acoount, i like DVDs, or smoe small gadgets but from where can i get them ?? please help i was searhing for the last 4 Months

Try using eBay, the international marketplace on the internet.

You have to become a member but it's free to join. You can search many different areas and many people sell things for less than $10. And most sellers will let you pay with PayPal.

A DVD via ebay on the recent Wimbledon Federer vs. Nadal match. The 2005 Miami match is also a fabulously entertaining choice. Both are about $9 or $9.50 I think. You'll have to find out, but that will leave you with about 50 cents to spare. You can give that as a donation.
