I know what you mean..

1225km/hr (1hr/60 minutes) ( 1 minute/60seconds)= .34km/sec

The parenthesis means multiplication to the other stuff around it.
Paulburn did it the it wrong. instead of dividing, he multiplyed by 60 and 60

Mach per second is not a way to represent speed.

You can represent speed in Mach and Mach 1 is 761.2 miles per hour and this is equal to 1225 kilometers per hour.

You don't seem to grasp Mach numbers. There is no such thing as "1 mach per second." Mach numbers state how fast things move in air (at specified temperatures and densities) compared to the speed of sound in that same air.

Mach 1 (the speed of sound) is approx 1,100km/h... so if you're travelling at 1 mach per second, doesn't that mean you're travelling at 3,960,000km/h? That's pretty fast, slow down mate.

60 second equals to 1 minute. 60 minute equals to 1 hour.
